By submitting your details on SponsorMyShow, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your access and use of our platform as a sponsor or organizer.
All details submitted must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. False or misleading information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
Your submitted data will be used solely for facilitating sponsorship and event collaborations. We adhere to strict privacy policies and will not share your details with third parties without consent.
Both sponsors and organizers agree to keep sensitive information confidential. Unauthorized sharing of financial agreements, event details, or sponsor terms is prohibited.
The platform serves as a facilitator and is not responsible for the terms or fulfillment of sponsorship agreements between sponsors and organizers. Both parties are encouraged to draft separate contracts outlining responsibilities, payments, and deliverables.
Misuse of the platform for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes is strictly forbidden. Activities that violate local laws, regulations, or ethical standards will result in immediate account suspension.
Organizers must have the necessary rights to share event details, media, and related content. Sponsors retain rights over their brand assets and shared promotional materials.
Any fees associated with using SponsorMyShow will be clearly communicated and must be paid as agreed.
SponsorMyShow is not responsible for resolving disputes between sponsors and organizers. We strongly encourage both parties to address conflicts amicably or seek resolution through legal mediation if necessary.
We reserve the right to terminate access to the platform for breaches of these Terms & Conditions.
SponsorMyShow acts only as a mediator and is not responsible for the success, failure, or quality of sponsored events or campaigns.
These terms are subject to change at our discretion. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
This Agreement is made between:
- Sponsor
- Event Organizer
- SponsorMyShow
By clicking Accept & Proceed, both the Sponsor and Organizer agree to the following terms:
1. Platform Exclusivity & Contact Sharing
- Contact details will be shared only after accepting this agreement.
- The Sponsor and Organizer must finalize sponsorship discussions through SponsorMyShow and notify the platform of any confirmed deals.
- Any attempt to bypass the platform to avoid service charges is strictly prohibited.
2. Service Fee Obligation (10%)
- SponsorMyShow charges a 10% service fee on the finalized sponsorship amount.
- The Organizer is responsible for paying this fee within 7 days of receiving the sponsorship amount.
- Failure to comply may result in account suspension or legal action.
3. Confidentiality & Fair Use
- Users shall not exchange direct contact details before accepting this agreement.
- Any deal closed outside the platform after initial contact must be reported.
- SponsorMyShow reserves the right to monitor engagement and ensure compliance.
4. Responsibilities of Both Parties
- The Organizer agrees to deliver the sponsorship benefits as promised.
- The Sponsor agrees to fulfill their commitments per the agreed sponsorship terms.
- Any disputes may be mediated by SponsorMyShow upon request.
5. Agreement Acceptance
- By proceeding, both parties acknowledge that:
- They understand and accept the terms of this agreement.
- They will conduct sponsorship discussions transparently via the platform.
- SponsorMyShow is authorized to track engagement and enforce compliance.
